Working closely with the Senior Consultants, you will be responsible for targeted industry research to identify suitable candidates for specific assignments.
In order to be successful you will need to have superior information gathering and telephone skills. You must also have the ability to multi task and the tenacity to work through long term and sometimes challenging projects.
Ideally you will have had previous executive search or business research experience. Personal attributes will include high levels of energy, resilience and strong communication skills.
You will enjoy working as part of a supportive team and be driven by a passion to succeed.
