As a key member of the executive team and supported by a small group of HR professionals, you will be an advisor, implementer and coach, developing strategies that provide performance improvements for the field and support centre managers. There will be a strong focus on succession planning and talent management.

A generalist with exposure to the full spectrum of human resources disciplines, you will have a proven track record in an executive position. You will thrive in and enjoy the challenges of a retail environment, understanding and demonstrating how sound HR practices can positively impact the bottom line. You will be operational, strategic and highly visible! Your tertiary qualification and coaching skills will ideally be coupled with success in the retail/hospitality or food industries.
