Job Description Employer: McLaren Associates Ltd

My Client is seeking a Training Consultant who will assist them in delivering outstanding programmes to the Central Region. Working within a dedicated team of service delivery professionals, you will be tasked with building a Client base within the Wellington region.

Your role will be Client focussed, with strong experience in identifying new business leads. You will also be a confident and articulate communicator who is able to develop and present Client proposals at all levels. You will have come from a training background and have good knowledge of training needs analysis.

The ideal person will also have:

• Sales and Account Management background
• A strong interest in on-going learning for management
• Experience in process improvement and project management
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• A proven track record on new business development

These are salary based roles, with remuneration based on experience. There is also a generous annual training allowance included in the package.
