This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, vibrant company in a Training Officer position. ihug are looking for technical individuals who will thrive in a fabulous, dynamic environment. The successful candidates will work with customer service representatives; creating inductions, assessing the staff, and ensuring that the staff are supported, and performing to the best of their abilities. The Training Officers will also be responsible for administration duties in addition to contributing to continual quality improvements within the call centre.
The successful candidates will be experienced in training, will be technically minded, and preferably have experience within a call centre environment. This is a great opportunity to move from a dull environment into one that is energetic, fast-paced and continuously changing. A passion for customer service and the internet is a must.
The Training Officers will possess the following qualities:
Two years experience in a training position
A passion or affinity with the internet or telecommunications sector
Exposure to a call centre environment
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
