Join this leading Financial Services Company and lead a small team of investment specialists to provide a range of advice, support, and para planning services to a nationwide network of Financial Advisers.
We are seeking an outstanding individual with a strong knowledge of investment products and markets, processes, and systems, gained through your experience in either financial plan preparation, provision of investment advice either to internal or external clients, or someone who has experience in running teams within an investment support/processing environment or a combination of the above. The ideal candidate will be a qualified financial planner or working towards their qualification. CFP status would be an advantage, but not essential.
You will be a natural coach and mentor who is has either had experience in leading a small team in the financial services sector, or someone who has all the other attributes for this role who is looking to take on additional responsibility to lead people and share their expertise.
You will have strong process management skills with a quality and continuous improvement focus to provide exceptional service to internal and external clients. You will also need to possess excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle the busy day to day demands of this team and have superior analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
Finally, you will also need to have a flair for growing the profile of your team’s services internally to the adviser network through developing internal marketing initiatives, proactive communication tools, and through your excellent relationship building skills.
