Description |
Employer: Chandler Macleod
My client is a chain of restaurants, the first of which opened in 1997. Since then the growth of this company has been exponential and has not stopped yet with another 13 branches to open between now and the end of 2007.
This is a critical role to ensure that the business strategies are interpreted into commercial plans and deliver them to the business through there people. You will be responsible on growing the business and the commercial success of the business.
Involved in this role is:
， Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion in line with business strategy
， Establishes marketing goals with MD/Board to ensure market and profitability of products and services
， Managing the relationship with advertising agency
， Development of a merchandising policy
， Reporting on marketing activities
， Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievements of marketing objectives are within designated budgets
