We¡¯re looking for Field Staff Managers and Recruitment Specialists who are looking to do that ¡®bit extra¡¯ for their customers.
This new player in the Industrial recruitment sector. Set up by industry experts their aim is to ensure a fresh approach is taken to retaining quality employees. This means providing that extra layer of support that is sometimes required to keep people in work. Linked to a leading training organization support will be given in a variety of ways – however the first step is YOU!
YOU will be motivated by making a difference – to your clients, candidates, customers and colleagues.You will source business opportunities, use your powers of persuasion to manage temporary employees and follow the full recruitment process in an empathetic manner. This role has been expanded to ensure you are up-to-date with people¡¯s rights and entitlements so you can assist their career progression.
