You will be someone who thrives on challenges and has the vision and energy to lead an expanding team through the next phase of their growth in the market.
Ideally you will have come from the recruitment industry, have led a team of recruitment consultants or be ready for the challenge of leading a team of recruiters or similar sales professionals.
Knowledge of the business sector is crucial, along with a positive outlook, commercial intelligence and a natural empathy for the issues and challenges that managers face.You will enjoy working in a team environment where honesty and respect are key ingredients for success.
