Description |
Employer: Housing New Zealand Corporation
The Housing Managers will provide a complete reference point for all interactions with customers. These roles will be working as part of a team responsible for managing tenancies within an allocated area, with a core focus on managing rental and damage arrears.
We are looking for a motivated, innovative and process driven team players to join our Christchurch/Nelson/Marlborough team.
To be successful in these roles you will ideally have:
experience in collection and management of customers arrears;
proven ability to work with customers from a range of cultural backgrounds;
the ability to deal with challenging customer situations;
ability to follow process and to apply work behaviours in a consistent manner;
ability to interpret legislation;
planning and organising skills; and
computer literacy in a Microsoft Office environment.
