The Senior Analyst is responsible for business analysis, relevant to the purchasing of health services for a government organisation. The health services are for treatment and rehabilitation of members of the public. You will be assisting a team of 14 working on projects, reviewing and maintaining databases and analysing monitoring data and producing reports.
The analysis will encompass areas such as supplier gap analysis, expenditure and risk reporting and you will be recommending purchasing frameworks. Projects may include pricing support, tender analysis support and developing a risk management strategy.
You will need to be an experienced business analysts and have a relevant tertiary qualification and analytical experience. Perhaps you are in an analyst a role wanting to move up to a senior level. You will need excellent computer skills in all the Microsoft office suite including Project Access and PowerPoint and you will be also using internal data modelling, mining and reporting tools. Ideally you will have health or public sector experience.
