My client is part of a global media Group, recognised as a leader in their industry.
In this particular side of the business, you will represent two major brands specialising in ¡°out of home media¡±.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working within a cohesive team, this role involves coordinating all aspects for the installation and production of billboards throughout the country, as well as assisting with another major outdoor advertising medium, as required.
Key responsibilities will include liaising with Contractors to ensure that the ¡°change over¡± of the advertising material occurs smoothly and on time, every time, monitoring the advertising campaigns from start to finish, preparing reports with regards to performance measurement, organising site permits and completing quotations for special installation assignments.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong MS Office and typing skills along with a proven track record as a conscientious, dependable employee. A background in the media industry would be an advantage.
Other key skills required include diplomacy, an eye for detail, the ability to multi task under pressure and a talent for building and fostering relationships. A positive, ¡°make it happen¡± attitude is vital as is an A+ attitude.
The remuneration package on offer is competitive and includes a car park plus four weeks¡¯ annual leave.
