We have created an exciting opportunity for a proven performer with an understanding of local markets, to work alongside our PostShop Manager to manage the Kiwibank sales and financial services performance, ensuring our sales targets are met and exceeded.

Your role is key within our stores, using your expertise to develop our team, their knowledge and ability to maximise sales opportunities with confidence. You will drive new sales using proven methodologies, facilitate local campaigns and develop and grow relationships within the local community to take advantage of new residential lending business opportunities.

To achieve in this environment, you will undoubtedly have proven expertise in an influencing or consulting role in the financial services sector, have a deep understanding of sales and market strategies pertinent to the local area and a natural ability to lead and influence. You will be highly motivated with an excellent proven sales ability with a possible lending background.
