Description: Project ArchitectAucklandFull timeSeeking a proactive, mature, excellent communicator with good self-organisation, negotiation and management skills. Ability to delegate and prioritise workloads and be motivational in developing staff education and performance in a team environment.Our client seeks a Project Architect with a wide experience base and the skills necessary to undertake :
All facets of Architectural design as required
Development of documentation through the resource consent stages
Working drawings for building consent as required
Supervision of technical support staff in the production of documentation of projects
Production of documents for tender
Checking of all documentation produced relative to the projects prior to completion of the various stages
Administration of contracts including all client and local authority attendances as necessary to complete a successful and expedient documentation of projects
To facilitate any training of technical support staff as necessary for them to meet the requirements of their job specification
You will be mature and an excellent communicator, be proactive and have good self-organisation, negotiation and management skills. You will be able to delegate and prioritise workloads and be motivational in developing staff education and performance in a team environment.
