Situated at Auckland Airport, this leading freight forwarder needs the expertise of a all rounded Customer Services person. The salary is to 45K and they are looking for someone who can provide top notch customer service to their existing client base and for any new business gained. You will have proven experience in the freight forwarding industry and be able to handle order placement, dealing with overseas office, arranging the importation of goods by sea and air, providing clients with order status reports, through to overseeing shipments to end delivery to clients.
Excellent communication skills are required, not to mention keyboard skills. You will have an excellent command of the english language and proven NZ experience in freight forwarding working for a freight forwarding company or shipping line.
