This role involves almost all aspects of B & F and, along with the team, advises financiers, borrowers, and arrangers across a broad range of areas with a focus on
• structured and asset finance, and securitisation
• cross-border and domestic syndicated and bilateral lending transactions (both secured and unsecured)
• tax efficient funding structures
The emphasis is on your practical experience rather than your academic performance, although you will need to have solid LLB experience. You will possess a good level of commercial know-how, with a sound common sense approach to problem solving.
