Description |
RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are currently seeking a professional and well presented person to be the first point of contact in a busy education environment.
You will be responsible for the meeting and greeting of visitors, coordinating and directing enquiries, establishing and maintaining efficient and effective communication between key personnel, as well as various administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
You will need to have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and be a motivated team player. You will also have an excellent level of English, along with exceptional communication skills.
This position is a key role within the organisation and you will need to be able to show initiative and ¡®hit the ground running¡¯.
Hours: 8am - 5pm. Salary range: $28-30K
