Business Analyst- Due Diligence
If you are a senior analyst with experience in business acquisitions then this is the opportunity for you!
This newly established company with the backing of a major investment bank requires someone to lead the growth of the organisation through continued expansion.
Reporting to the General Manager, this unique role will see you undertaking and completing due diligence on business acquisitions and providing sound documentation and recommendations based on your analysis. You will provide business development and operational evaluation in the organisation and be involved with other projects as they arise
To be a success in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in finance, law or commerce. You must have relevant work experience where new business ventures have been a focus. Strong report writing ability combined with project management skills and high levels of energy, enthusiasm and commitment are essential to this hands on role.
