Support Analyst / Desktop Support

Picture this:
The burger is presented in a box, a niche organisation, fast paced, large, corporate, and extremely well-known. A predominantly Microsoft environment, with MS Windows 2000 & XP desktops, with MS Office and Outlook, this is definitely one box you ought to open.
And what do you find?
A fresh, plump bread bun, topped with layers of cheese, lettuce, tomato (if you like it), and onion. Then the meat. Working with a close-knit support team, you will work out a roster between yourselves for phone based work. The rest of your time will be spent providing desktop support onsite, at 1st and 2nd level. And the sauce... to die for!
Your fries are fresh and hot. You will thrive in this environment, and have your opportunity to stand out. If you have highly-developed communication skills, coupled with good technical abilities, and a fantastic sense of humour. The tomato sauce will flow freely.
Then you take a sip of your icy drink. Training will be provided and encouraged to see you hone your skills and take you to the next level! This combined with project based work will provide you with the opportunity to develop towards becoming a senior engineer.

Key Ingredients:
Strong MS 2000, XP, and Office skills
2+ years commercial desktop support and/or helpdesk experience
Degree qualified and/or Microsoft certified
Dynamic and intelligent, with a strong customer focus

Salary: Circa $50,000pa
