Desktop Support
Great opportunity for strong desktop analyst to pick up and help support this large international business.
Unlike many desktop / support roles out there at the moment this role will actually give you the real time hands on experience that you have been seeking –Carrying out PC Builds, deployment, Ghosting, Hardware and Software upgrades as well as your usual user maintenance and fault resolution.
Give this is a progressive company you will need to be ¡®sharp¡¯ and have the ability to get through the workload in a hurry. Second to a fantastic attitude is great overall communication skills – documentation is very much a part of this role so make sure if your applying you can point to strong analytical skills.
Majority of the work is around XP and Terminal Services replacing PC¡¯s so if you have 3 years experience with this technology plus what is listed below and are available to work in Auckland please apply today – this is an urgent need!
Very strong in troubleshooting of MS OS especially XP in LAN/WAN environment
Strong HP hardware skills, certification advantageous
Experience with Terminal Services and Profile management (AD)
Can do attitude, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
