Help Desk Operator Call centre environment
First level support role
Must be available for rostered shift and weekend work

To be successful in this role you must be results orientated, have a track record of success in Call Centre and customer service and have the personality and passion to offer first class support to business customers.
You will have a strong service ethic and an interest in technology. You may be a customer service focused person with an interest in a role with a technical bent or even a return to workforce person keen to join a well regarded and progressive organisation.
Availability for rostered shifts and weekend work is essential but shifts are flexible - daytime and evening and weekend work is rostered on a ten week cycle meaning three and a half weekends on then the rest off!
