Our client is one of the world¡¯s largest and most successful IT Integrators, they provide a comprehensive ¡®Total Solution¡¯ offering to their clients.
Reporting to the of Head of Project Services, the Manager of the Business Analysis team shall provide leadership for the Auckland and Wellington project services BA teams, mentoring, allocating resources and introducing best practice. They will take the lead in defining team strategy, standards, and methodologies, and be active in developing project services business in conjunction with other areas our clients business.
You must also possess:
10+ years ICT industry experience as a senior BA.
Thorough knowledge of BA best practice, methods, standards + frameworks.
Well developed leadership skills and experience having managed up to 10 direct reports.
Business development and consulting skills
Astute financial management skills.
Recognised PM qualification (eg: PMP) and ITIL advantageous.
