Account/Service Delivery Manager
Our client is a large organisation known for its innovative use of technology. They have a wide range of outsourcing partners and a team of account managers to who manage these relationships. They require an experience account manager or SDM to join the team.
You will be responsible for one of their major vendors, pushing this relationship to ensure maximum service. You will develop strong relationships with the business and be a champion for their needs with your nominated vendor. You will work across the contractual side of the relationship and respond to any escalated service issues.
Successful applicants will have a background in service delivery or account management with strong skills in problem and incident management. A good understanding of vendor contracts is essential as well as excellent relationship management skills. Exposure to ITIL is advantageous.
This role has a number of benefits in terms of career progression and job satisfaction. This role is a 6 month fixed contract with a pro rata six figure salary.
