BUSINESS ADVISOR
An exciting new position now exists for an experienced Business Coach to join an international market leader within the rental services provider sector.
The successful applicant will be responsible to coach and mentor new and existing Franchisees
to develop their business to its maximum potential in keeping with the companys model and standards. A. emphasis on guidence and positive reinforcement combined with adherence
to standards are required. You will identify and develop plans to remedy areas of non compliance across all areas of store operations including business presentation,product management,financial administration,including sales and marketing.
Key attributes are:
Minimum 3 years with multisites/dealerships
Retail service industry experience
Ability to develop relationships
Strong mentoring skills
Small business management experience
Sound financial interpretation
