Employer: Auckland Regional Migrant Services
Employment Workshops Co-ordinator
full-time fixed term position for 12 months

The Auckland Regional Migrant Services (ARMS) is a not for profit organisation that supports migrants and refugee resettlement in Auckland. The position of Employment Workshop Co-ordinator is a full-time fixed term position for 12 months with the main responsibility of conducting and co-ordinating employment workshops. The successful applicant will be required to work between our two Centres in Three Kings and Manukau City. The role involves working closely with other government agencies, a wide range of service providers and staff of each Centre.
Applicants must have: proven experience in assisting migrants with employment and settlement issues, sound knowledge of employment related services; established networks and the ability to create positive relationships with service providers; professional competencies in the employment arena and fluency in English. A relevant qualification related to employment services is desirable.
