Job Description Are you: Microsoft Office savvy? A incredible comunicator? An organised individual? We have a position to fill your wants! You will be reporting to the director of a small advertising company, co-ordinating management's diaries, entering client details into the database and maintaining it, dealing with overflow inbound and outbound calls from reception, organising staff meetings and functions for clients, researching advertising ideas and collating information as required. A polite and timley manner is required for this position's tasks to be efficient in the office. This position also has potential to become permanent for the right applicant and is perfect for an individual with quick fingers and a quicker mind.
