Manager Human Capital
A chance to join one of New Zealand's leading professional services firms to lead the Human Capital consulting practice for the Wellington region. You'll be responsible for deepening existing external client relationships through high quality consulting and project delivery, and you'll build new business through networking and business development.
You'll need senior strategic human capital experience, and a high level of commercial acumen. You have strong consulting and business development skills and have built and managed relationships up to CEO and Board levels. Ideally you have an MBA or other post graduate degree and at least five years' experience in a consulting, change management, organisational development or a line human resources role.
