The primary function of this position is to provide Generalist HR support and administration to staff and management in a contact centre environment.
This is an all-round administrative and consultative role assisting with the running of assessment centres, preparing contracts, sitting in on disciplinary meetings and providing advice on employment law. The Company employs approximately 100 people in NZ and the office environment is friendly and social.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR Generalist role, extensive knowledge of current employment legislation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and negotiate with staff at all levels.
