My client is a multinational organisation with their Head Office located in Manukau City.
An opportunity has arisen for a partily qualified Accounting Technician with 1-2 years of commercial experience or possibly someone with a good solid accounting knowledge who has worked as an office administrator (or similar role) for a few years and is able to do a companies books to TB stage, to take up a challenging and rewarding role in this accounts team.
The role includes liasing with the 8 nationwide branches through out the country and helping out with Finacial Assistance to the Branch Management Teams.
The main functions of the role include: Verification of all prime entries Assisting with the preperation of Journal Entries Managing and providing Analysis of cash accounts Balance Sheet Reconciliations Month end and Year end reporting Monthly returns Analysis of Branch Performance, Variance and Profitablity Budget Preperation and reviews
This is a full time position but there is some flexiblity with the hours i.e an early start / early finish is possible for the right candidate there is also on site car parking. They are also very friendly with regards to further study and have an environement where self improvement is promoted.
