Description: Financial Accountant – FMCG - Airport OaksThis High Profile, NZ owned and operated company, has an outstanding opportunity for a level headed Financial Accountant to join their team! Ideally you'll have recently qualified as a CA. However, as the company is in the process of registering as an ATO, you'll be considered if you are currently working towards CA membership.
You'll be a practical, hands-on professional, who has experience in a New Zealand company, relishes a challenge and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in. You'll have the opportunity to use your excellent analytical mind and your outstanding communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts and Tax Returns
* Monthly accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, bank reconciliations both foreign and domestic
* Working with the managers of the departmental cost centres
* One-off projects as directed by senior management
