ASB Securities is established as one of New Zealand's most recognised brands, we currently have a vacancy for a Chinese speaking Internet & Phone Broker to join our team. You will also need to be a fluent English speaker. This role would suit a person with a genuine interest in the share market who is comfortable with working in a fast moving environment, has exceptional customer service skills and is comfortable with the Internet.
Based at Head Office, Central Auckland you would be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service with clients wishing to invest in the share market, be able to absorb an enormous amount of share market related information, along with maintaining a high level of knowledge of the ASB Securities website.
Our current Internet team have an exceptional work environment where communication is open therefore we need a new person that is eager to learn and is comfortable with a fast moving environment. You would also need to take an active role in helping us to educate & assist clients in order to improve our services and ensure ASB Securities remains a market leader in its field.
Your commitment to the provision of outstanding customer services and understanding of general banking practises will ensure your success in this role. Additional to this, demonstrated experience in a customer service environment is essential.
