This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Lender to join an exciting Mortgage Provider based in Auckland¡¯s CBD . The ideal candidate will have a background in either Underwriting, Business Banking or as a Mobile Mortgage Manager.
The responsibilities of the role include assessing credit (lending) applications from introducers for residential finance, building strong relationships, providing technical advice and support for introducers and maintaining strong business relationships.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years residential lending experience, be familiar with the mortgage broker network and demonstrate a strong ability to ¡°think outside the square¡±. Additionally you will be target driven, results focussed and display a exceptional technical ability assessing credit applications. You will be familiar with all aspects of financial accounts and valuations and possess a keen eye for detail.
