Your challenge in this vital role is to develop, enhance and deliver SNZ¡¯s programmes, awards and qualifications, while assessing and monitoring the work of participants in these. You¡¯ll also identify, develop and support programme tutors to ensure the organisation¡¯s success in this area. To do this, you¡¯ll demonstrate knowledge and proven experience in swim teaching/coaching along with a good level of computer literacy and sound financial management skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships is key, and you¡¯ll also have a keen eye for developing potential and existing opportunities to their fullest. Swimming and/or tertiary qualifications are desirable.
The role requires a full drivers licence and the ability/flexibility to travel. Closing date for this application is Friday, 22 September.
