Software industry Client support role with potential to grow Fantastic learning environment
Do you have an IT qualification, 1 – 2 years experience on a help desk and a strong desire to get involved in the software industry?
Our clients are a global software development company specialising in insurance-related software. They are growing in New Zealand, and need someone to provide first line support in the short term, with the potential to move into business analyst/project co-ordination work as your knowledge of the product develops.
We need someone with:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good command of English
- Problem solving capability demonstrated through previous help desk experience
- An IT related qualification
- Good time management skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of the insurance industry a bonus.
