Front runners in uniting talent with technology Help Desk Team Leader Leading ITvendor organisation Kapiti based role - lots of sunshine! Great team leader role - lots of variety We are seeking an outstanding team leader to lead a team of busy help desk analysts based on the Kapiti Coast.
This role is full on - plenty of variety and lots of challenge! You will have a great attitude, awesome customer service ability and a strong sense of professionalism. Your communication skills will be second to none and you will have the ability to manage staff including undertaking performance reviews and staff development.
You will have:
help desk or service desk management experience an understanding of vendor environments and delivering high levels of service to clients experience working with multiple customers
To be considered for this role, you must possess a current NZ Work Visa (at least two years), be a Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen and be able to attend face to face interviews in Wellington.
