Description |
AUT is seeking a service oriented, enthusiastic Student Fees Officer to receive & record payments and carry out related administrative tasks including reconciliations.
FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
Academic Registry is looking for a dynamic, organised, customer focused person to join our Student Fees team within Registry Services.
Applicants should have previous banking or cashiering experience and have the following attributes:
• Proven accurate numerical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• The ability to follow procedures and policies
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team worker with initiative
• Customer service orientated
• Drive and self-motivation
Previous experience within a tertiary environment would be advantageous
