We are seeking an experience individual to add value to a growing team of support specialists.
Your background and skills would include
An empathy and sensitivity towards your customers
Proven experience in an operations environment
A high level of motivation and initiative
Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
PC hardware and peripheral installation and support
Ability with work with a diverse range of people, both face to face and via telephone
Sound written and oral communication skills
Excellent work ethic
