Our client is a market leader in call centre solutions. Due to their operational growth in the Asia / Pacific region we are seeking a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to tackle this varied and unique role.
Based in Broadway, Newmarket your role will over see an HR Advisor on site in Auckland. This role is strategically focussed and your responsibilities and accountabilities will be broad. You will have modern and innovative tools to utilise while implementing robust HR strategies, and have the support of management on site and a dynamic team of HR professionals based in the Sydney head office.
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership of the site Human Capital Team, manage employee / industrial relations issues for their programs. Provide advice and counsel to management regarding human capital issues within their operation. Ensure effective implementation of all performance management processes through the provision of coaching and counselling to the Management and Human Capital teams Ensuring that the company meets legislative and business requirements in relation to OH&S, EEO, Industrial Relations and ISO certification. Development and delivery of Human Capital related Leadership training programs in line with development requirements of site leadership team.
This role also has an exciting component of working with management on tendering for new business. You will work with key recruitment suppliers to gather information and evidence on market trends such as remuneration, candidate availability and competitor information to provide insight into the feasibility of new business.
