HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Generalist HR opportunity, small team reporting. True business partner required.
Leading HR for a division of nearly 700 staff and an operational budget of $135 million, this is no small HR role. With two HR staff supporting you, you will work extremely closely with senior staff and managers and have responsibility for all operational HR activities, interpreting and implementing organisation-wide strategies and leading strategic projects for your division.
We are looking for an experienced, tertiary qualified HR professional with broad generalist expertise. You will be a natural relationship builder who enjoys working directly with managers and staff, and who is able to clearly demonstrate the value that best-practice HR offers. Your professional judgement and common sense will give you the confidence to work in an intellectually stimulating and challenging environment.
