Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, your key responsibility will be to drive through change and roll out new Learning and Development initiatives, aiding the business in achieving its strategic goals. Using your strong training background you will be primarily responsible for delivering products and systems training.
You may be in a training role currently and are looking for a more relationship focused role, or you could be managing relationships with previous experience in training. To be successful you will have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism. You need to be able to demonstrate self -managing skills, be highly organised and proactive. It is essential that you have a training background with significant experience in the design and development of training materials. The Manager will be very supportive and work closely with you as this role evolves.
