Industry Training Manager
6 month contract
We are urgently seeking an Industry Training Manager for a 6 month assignment with a large organisation.
This person will report through to the Executive GM HR and will be responsible for developing an industry training strategy for the Fletcher Building Group which will be aligned to the group HR L&D strategy and framework. This will involve exploring, prioritising, developing and delivering training synergies in the following areas: first aid, licence training, forklift training, crane training, permits and HT licences.
The ideal person will come from an ITO, and may have a background as an Learning and Development Manager. They will have the ability to build key relationships, have strong facilitation skills and the ability to work across a diverse group of individuals.
