Training Officer This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic, fun, and continuously changing environment in a Training Officer position. Our client is looking for an experienced Training Officer who will thrive in a fabulous, dynamic environment.
This is a superb opportunity to train and develop a team of customer service and sales representatives and work for a leading-edge ISP company
The Training Officer will be responsible for:
developing training strategies for the call centre and the entire business creating induction and training sessions working with technical experts to train new staff developing and delivering sales and service training and working with marketing to deliver the training around new products and services
The successful candidate will have previous training experience in a call centre environment, specifically in the areas of customer need identification, sales training, and creating a leading customer service team. Additionally the Training Officer will need to be able to develop a strategy from scratch, and be comfortable dealing with all levels of management. The successful candidate is required to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
This is a great opportunity to move from a dull environment into one that is dynamic, and fast-paced. A passion for training and the continual development of staff is essential.
