New Zealand Post Properties manages and optimises the value of owned assets, provides accommodation for a vast range of New Zealand Post business operations, and strives to maximise revenue from external sources.
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced property professional to be part of a committed team of property specialists based in Wellington and, taking responsibility for a dedicated retail property portfolio. You will be managing facilities and property functions and will act as a key contact for our retail network.
Whilst you will need to be savvy in lease negotiations, rent reviews, budgeting, and financial analysis and reporting in an ever changing property market, you will also require the ability to engage with our stakeholders, building and maintaining sound relationships.
Charged with the development of strategies to maximise property value, internal and external tenant liaison, as well as general financial administration of portfolio of properties you will also have the opportunity to project manage a number of fit out and alteration contracts.
To ensure success, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and ideally 2-3 years + practical experience in a property management field.
