Research Analyst

CB Richard Ellis currently has an opportunity at it city office in Auckland. The role will encompass maintaining various research databases in access and excel, undertaking surveys for various property market sectors, handling requests for information from internal and external clients, producing descriptive property reports for designated property sectors and markets and assisting in special research projects
The ability to think logically and creatively, to be able to communicate clearly both written and oral, have a high standard of analytical skills, coupled with a high degree of computer literacy is essential.
You will have a broad knowledge of the property markets and an understanding of the characteristics of the New Zealand economy.
