The role carries responsibility for providing quality customer service to new and existing customers and developing new sales opportunities. To ensure that sales and marketing activities and data analysis reports are soundly based you will have database management responsibility for updating customer site usage and ensuring administration is accurate and timely. Initial account management and customer enquiry responsibilities are available with the opportunity to grow your experience in these areas.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified with strong numerical and analytical skills as well as sound administrative (excel/Access) and database management abilities. Our client seeks candidates with sales or database administration experience and have the potential to develop account management and business development skills as they grow into this role and familiarise themselves with the business drivers.
