Our client is New Zealands leading owner, manager and developer of industrial property and business space with a portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Due to expanding their portfolio they are currently recruiting for an ex-tradesman to work as a building supervisor to oversee their CBD portfolio.
If you have a trade background and experience in maintenance within a commercial environment then this could be the role for you.
In this role you will be responsible for the following
managing the sub contractors
preventive maintenance planning
liaising and maintaining a good relationship with the tenants
You will ideally have the following skills:
Trade qualified electrical, mechanical or air conditioning preferred
Experience in a commercial environment
Knowledge of BMS systems
Exceptional customer service skills
