This is a going concern with a SECURE BASE SALARY and earnings expected to top $200,000 in the first year.
We are a successful and highly regarded recruitment business (10 years old) with offices throughout New Zealand, Australia, Canada and India. We are looking to replace our current managers in Hamilton who are moving on due to family reasons.
This is a unique opportunity¡¦ this is not just a job but also an opportunity to own the business you manage. This operation has trading for over two years and has a loyal client and candidate base that will form part of the total package for the new Manager / Partner.
We have a good track record setting up new divisions¡¦ the reasons for this are below.
1. Our General Managers have an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector they are recruiting for.
2. Our General Managers have strong networks and contacts in their industry sector and are able to build the business quickly.
3. Our international networks allow our new divisions to work together finding new candidates that other recruitment companies don¡¯t have access to.
4. We have a thorough and comprehensive training system that ensures the new GM¡¯s are well trained and mentored through our whole recruitment process over a six month period.
5. We provide strong systems and support to ensure success.
6. We create an autonomous environment that allows our GM¡¯s to grow with the business into full ownership.
