Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 OTE
asset Management Consultant
Our Auckland based client is committed to ensuring their significant growth in the New Zealand market continues and requires an experienced asset management consultant to join their team and lead and manage the growth of one of their prime market sectors.
The role is varied and could involve you in setting guide lines for best practice principles of asset management based on cost analysis, life cycle expectations, financial alternatives and tactical planning proposals. It offers the successful candidate the challenge of leading the further development of key market sector for this very successful consulting company that is committed to market leadership through exceptional customer partnerships and service.
To achieve success you will need to have the following skills, experience and drive:
• Experience and professionalism to build multi level client relationships
• The ability to spear-head the further development of the New Zealand market
• Asset management techniques experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and solution selling ability
• Experience in preparing and presenting proposals to both the public & private sector
• The ability to work autonomously and also with the support team
• Sound commercial experience
This consulting role will require your commitment to provide clients with well researched, appropriate recommendations that allow for their growth, technology improvements, changing customer expectations and statutory requirements. Health sector experience would be highly valued. An excellent remuneration package is offered.
