While frameworks to operate within are established, this organisation has new programmes on the go that will see you developing operational policies and quality assurance processes to address operational risks.
Your background may include:
， Frontline service delivery experience or programme delivery and support.
， Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
， Identification of operational risk around service delivery
This role will be well suited to a ＾can do￣ person who likes to proactively manage everything from building key relationships to identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, while keeping abreast of international trends and best practice. You will have strong influencing skills and a great sense of humour.
