North Shore Centre
Do you have the ability to build and maintain new and existing relationships? Are you a good negotiator with the ability to work under pressure? Do you have collision repair industry experience covering all aspects of vehicle repair?
If so Vero¡¯s Collision Management Services have a vacancy for a highly motivated Motor Vehicle Assessor based at their North Shore Centre. The successful candidate will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Previous estimating experience and a qualification within the collision repair industry is desirable.
The requirements of the role include:
Ensuring that our motor assessing requirements and other motor claims referred by our claims handlers are managed effectively
Carrying out quality/audit inspections on vehicles under repair and at the completion of the repair
Ensuring that vehicle repairs are carried out within policy limits and that they meet all relevant legislative requirements
Rostering duties between the centre, field assessing and other duties as may be required
Communicating with staff, customers and repairers on technical issues
