Claims Quality Assurance Co-ordinator
Are you ready to take the bull by the horns?
Vero General Claims are seeking a talented individual to join the team as Claims Quality Assurance Co-ordinator covering our personal lines, commercial and corporate general insurance claims.
The successful candidate will be involved in guiding compliance within the claims process, identifying improvements to our current practices and working closely with managers to create meaningful action plans to help retain our status as the best claims team in New Zealand. They will also work across differing business functions, liaising with other individuals involved in the quality assurance process to achieve best practice in audit skills for the claims teams.
The ideal applicant will either have extensive experience in a claims role, including significant exposure to commercial claims and/or will bring previous audit expertise. They will have the ability to influence at a range of levels, excellent relationship building skills and excellent attention to detail, while being able to share this at a strategic level.
